I’ve been meaning to write about nikiro sushi for a long time now.
When I’m in Japan I always order it with a side of the famous soy sauce.
You can make your own by boiling the nikio rice for a few minutes, then adding some vegetables and some oil.
It’s a very easy dish to make and it’s not very spicy, which is nice.
I usually serve it with sashimi, so you can enjoy it both ways.
You could also just serve it as a main dish for a party, but you can use it as an appetizer as well.
It might sound like a recipe for disaster, but the results are amazing.
